Hari Raya Visit!

A weekend to remember..
Both days went berjalan Hari Raya..
Saturday with the OGAWA Boys whereas on Sunday with the Columbus Boys Featuring some alumni of TWSS and two other outsiders..Muahaha!! =)
I'm tired to type every details out but as the saying goes, "A picture speaks a thousands words". So I'm going to let my pictures do the talking!
1st Day:
Those who were present:Ahmad,Fadhli,Yusri,Zeid,Hilmi,Zul,Apiz,Izzat,Shahril,Arip Zoul and yours truly..

Umm,actually we went to plenty of different houses..
But the problem is that we didn't take much pictures..
Except for hilmi's house..
Which I think is the best and the most satisfying house of all..
Why am I saying this??

Steamboat(Seoul Garden style!)!!

This is the picture taken before the steamboat..

And this is the picture AFTER the steamboat..
And the next coming pictures is the process in between....

And guess what??
We are only the first batch..
There's still a second batch of people waiting for us to finish..

And take a look at Izzat's face(The guy in Maroon)..
I guess this is his first time, which explains that expression on his face..

And we came home full and tired..
Walking home seems to take a longer time than usual..
But overall, we had fun..
The Hari Raya trip on Sunday with the Columbus Boys Featuring some alumni of TWSS and two other outsiders will be posted in my next post..
So look out for it..
Take care..

For Those Who Like Cows And Politics..

Thanks to ASYKAL for this..
I thought it was funny myself..
I don't know but just read on for yourself..

Two Cows

Socialism
You have two cows. The government takes one and gives it to your neighbor.

Communism
You have two cows. The government takes both of them and gives you part of the milk.

Fascism
You have two cows. The government takes both, hires you to take care of them, and
sells you the milk.

Totalitarianism
You have two cows. The government takes them and denies they ever existed. Milk is banned.

Nazism
You have two cows. The government takes both and then shoots you.

Bureaucracy
You have two cows. The government takes both, shoots one, milks the other and pours the milk down the drain.

Capitalism
You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull. Your herd multiplies, and the economy grows. You sell them and retire on the income.

Anarchism
You have two cows. Either you sell the milk at a fair price or your neighbors try to take the cows and kill you.

American
corporation
You have two cows. You sell one, and force the other to produce the milk of four cows. You are surprised when the cow drops dead.

French
corporation
You have two cows. You go on strike because you want three cows.

Japanese
corporation
You have two cows. You redesign them so they are one tenth the size of an ordinary cow and produce twenty times the milk.

German corporation
You have two cows. You reengineer them so they live for 100 years, eat once a month, and milk themselves.

British
corporation
You have two cows. Both are mad. You try to sell them in Europe.

Italian
corporation
You have two cows but you don't know where they are. You break for lunch.

Russian
corporation
You have two cows. You count them and learn you have five cows. You count them again and learn you have 42 cows. You count them again and learn you have 12 cows. You stop counting cows and open another bottle of vodka.

Swiss
corporation
you have 5000 cows, none of which belongs to you. You charge others for storing them.

Chinese
corporation
You have two cows. You have 300 people milking them. You claim full employment, high bovine productivity, and arrest the newsman who reported the numbers.

Indian
corporation
You have two cows. You worship them until they drop dead.

HAHAHAHAHA!

It's Just Deep And Meaningless..

I, I don't know why I miss you so much
Yeah I, I don't know why I still feel your touch
You, you left me feeling high and dry
With nothing, nothing but the question why

Yeah you, I guess you had another direction
And leaving me with nothing but a dead connection

If you call me today
I'll say that I'm fine
But I bet you can't tell by the tone of my voice
It's just a lie
You knew what you had
You still walked away leaving me in this mess
My love for you is deep and meaningless

You, you knew what you were doing to me
And I, I guess I was too blind to see
Well you hit where it hurt and you fooled me so bad
But I'd do it again to relive what we had
(Damn that's sad)

There are many things left to remind me
Of a love that I just can't leave behind me

If you call me today
I'll say that I'm fine
But I bet you can't tell by the tone of my voice
It's just a lie
You knew what you had
You still walked away leaving me in this mess
My love for you is deep and meaningless..

Nice song..
Great lyrics..
Now I understand what the lyrics is about..

I guess my love for you is just deep and meaningless..

Reminiscence..

I miss this group of people..
And I don't know why..

Maybe it's because we have been together for too long..
Maybe it's because of the many memories,be it good or bad, that we went through together..
Maybe it's because of the blog entry that I put up in our blog that make me think about you guys..
Maybe,maybe......Well I don't know.......
Just want to let you know that you guys have been missed..
Take care people..

The Bird..

I was bloghopping on one boring Monday night..
And I came across Li Min's blog..
And she had this very interesting story about relationships on her blog..
So I decided to put it in my blog too to share it among you guys..
Because I think it is so TRUE..

This is a story of a bird.
and the story goes...

This bird is one of the most extraordinary
and beautiful bird in the world.
However, one day,
while she was flying into a house in search of food,
she was trapped inside it by the owners of the place.
She was caged!

For the first time in her life, she lost her freedom.
A few days later, she grew sick of not having freedom
and being fed by her masters now.
No doubt her master loved her very much
and bought the best food in the world for her,
she wasn't happy.
After a month,
she lost her glory of the past and became dull.
Finally, her master learnt his lesson
and set her free again.

Relationships of all kinds,
are like sand held in your hand.
Held loosely,
with an open hand,
the sand remains where it is.
The minute you close your hand and squeeze tightly to hold on,
the sand trickles through your fingers.
You may hold on to some of it,
but most of it will be spilled.
A relationship is like that.
Held loosely,
with respect and freedom for the other person,
it is likely to remain intact.
But hold too tightly,
too possessively,
and the relationship slips away and is lost.

Hari Raya..

When I was young, I used to think that Hari Raya was all about $$$..
Each day smiling because of the money that I receive everyday..
As maturity and age slowly overcomes me, now I'm smiling because of a different reason..
It's not the amount of money that I received but instead of how blessed I am..
Every Hari Raya, I have my family and relatives around me..
And I feel happy around them, especially when I seek forgiveness from them and seeing the smile from their faces..
That feeling truly is PRICELESS..
And when I think back, I really do feel sorry for those who are celebrating Hari Raya without their loved ones..
For example, children whose parents have passed away or those who are in overseas while their loved ones are in here..
Isn't it sad celebrating a joyous occasion without someone that you truly love??
Why am I typing this as you are wondering??
I just watched a show about orphans in Malaysia celebrating Hari Raya..And I could see that that sadness lingers beneath that smiling face..
So what am I trying to say here as you are wondering??
Cherish your loved ones..You don't know what you got until it's gone..
Yup, this Hari Raya has taught me a valueble lesson.. =)
Take care people..
AND SELAMAT HARI RAYA!!
